This year, we have begun to forge links with École Molière, a primary school in Arras, France. Arras is Ipswich's twin town and our Year 5 pupils have been engaged in a project all about this historic place. Pupils in École Molière's CM1/CM2 classes (equivalent to our Upper Key Stage 2) sent us a video, introducing some of their pupils and the activities they have done this year in their school – which included skiing in the Alps! In return, some of Our Year 5 pupils, who have been doing a project all about Arras, sent a video to introduce themselves and provide some facts about Ipswich. Everyone performed brilliantly and spoke their French with fantastic pronunciation and confidence. Bravo Year 5!
